Delivery to Europe is sent by Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days. However, orders over a certain weight will be sent Tracked & Signed for.
Delivery to the rest of the world is sent by Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days. However, orders over a certain weight will be sent Tracked & Signed for.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to America but will do in the future.

Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and in exceptional circumstances we will accept returns. However, all products must be returned within 14 days, unused and still in its original packaging as received.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will be happy to replace.
Please note that as we are a small business we are unable to refund the cost of postage and your return items are sent at your own risk. We hope you understand.
